Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and proactive HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team in Sugarland, TX. As an integral part of our HR department, you will collaborate closely with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational goals and drive the people strategy forward. salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year

Responsibilities

•Contribute to HR and Division business planning, focusing on people impact, and translate these into actionable HR plans following guidance from Corporate HR.

•Develop annual HR budget and plan in collaboration with Corporate HR, Regional Hub General Manager, and Global HR Director. •Ensure effective utilization and maintenance of tools like SuccessFactors.

•Conduct annual salary reviews aligned with Corporate HR policies to reward effective performance.

•Enforce local HR policies and procedures.

•Monitor, analyze, and report headcount and labor costs, coordinating with Corporate HR and local AFC for consistency.

•Manage people development initiatives including performance assessments, training, succession planning, and mobility in coordination with Corporate HR, Regional Hub General Manager, and Global HR Director.

•Serve as a primary point of contact for all employees and management regarding HR issues.

•Advise executives and managers on effective communication and interaction with employees.

•Manage organizational structure, role grading, and descriptions aligned with budget and business needs, following Corporate HR guidelines.

•Coordinate internal communication and events to foster a positive work environment, responding to company surveys as needed.
