Job Description

We are looking to add an IT Business Partner to our growing Creative Risk Solutions Information Technology Team In Waukee, Iowa! This role will lead and drive the day-to-day IT operations that provide CRS with a stable, efficient, and effective technology environment. If you are experienced in IT management and have outstanding leadership, communication, and project management skills, we would love to hear from you! Duties: Drive day-to-day IT operations that provide the business with a stable, efficient, and effective technology environment. Lead Information Technology support, infrastructure, operation, and project teams. Support the development of and assist in hold the team to performance standards and metrics. Serve as a liaison between nontechnical business units and IT, while communicating technical information and plans. Facilitate discussions and consensus among various stakeholders, within the business and Information Technology. Manage and monitor the portfolio of technology operations projects, including budgets, timelines, and resources. Coordinate work with cross-functional teams, monitor and report on project status. Identify, develop, and manage client relations. Work with third-party vendors. Hire, train, motivate and evaluate staff. Write policies, procedures, and technical documentation. Consult on and operationalize technical and security policies within the business. Other duties as assigned by Chief Information Officer. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Outstanding leadership, communication, presentation, customer service, analytical and project management skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams to accomplish overall project goals. The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to manage and maintain confidential information. Must be knowledgeable of and comply with HMA's Client Privacy Policy, HIPAA regulations and E&O procedures and policies. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related business field preferred. Experience: 6+ years of IT industry experience with at least 3 years in IT management role.
